5.0 out of 5 stars Works well and love the clickity clack of the keys!
I bought this one for myself, because I had a mouse with it and I love both. The keys are noisy, but they’re not so loud that they drive me crazy but instead provides me with the sense that I clicked all the keys that I’ve needed to. I love the lights!

3.0 out of 5 stars Backlight is not what expected
Its a very comfortable keyboard. Response time is perfect. Mouse has great response time. However the backlight in the keyboard is not helpful. The numbers and letters are hard to notice with the light and after a while the brightness of the keyboard fatigues the eye if your working long hours in the computer.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good keyboard
The media could not be loaded.  This is very nice keyboard that has a plastic top plate underneath the keycaps with a plastic base
plate. It is a light weight construction for a full keyboard. Plus the the Blue clicky keys are just the best for that tactile feedback while typing. This is a full size 104 keyboard. The keyboard connects to the PC via a hardwire cable.
The RGB on the keyboard is setup in specific color to each row and can not be changed. However, the color patterns can be changed and there are many to pick from. Something that I have noticed about Taiahiro keyboards, not just this one, at their brightest setting the RGB is not as bright as most RGB keyboards. That is not necessary a negative thing. Overly bright RGB keyboards can be very distracting in a dark environment. So if you want a more eye safe RGB keyboard this will definitely be a good
    choice.
4 stars for the light weight construction for a full size stationary keyboard.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great and sonically pleasing.
I’ve tried a few “budget” mechanical keyboards and this one by far is my favorite!

The keys are well shaped and the click is so very satisfying. With others before I noticed that the key placement was not suited to my hand but this seems to work wonderfully and I haven’t noticed any issues so far.

There is a lot of functionality built into the keyboard with the Fn button but also with the wheel in the top corner, you can set it to be used for volume adjustment which I find myself using a lot. Overall, I am tremendously pleased with this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad but not great
This keyboard is okay. I’m not a huge fan of blue switches it turns out but that’s not its major issue.

The keyboard itself feels a bit on the light and cheap side for a mechanical keyboard. The RGBs are set colors, there’s no modification for them, just different active patterns, but if a key is red it is red and if it is yellow it is yellow and that’s that. The worst part about the RGB though is that it’s surprisingly dim, you can barely see it in a lit room.

The volume knob was actually the feature I was most interested in but it turns out to not be great, it’s somewhat awkward to use being so close to the keypad and makes it easy to accidentally hit keys. The media buttons are also pretty resourced uncomfortable to use, though they do work.

The keyboard itself’s accuracy and function is great. It has good action on the keys, they’re VERY loud and clicky, and I didn’t experience any ghosting, chattering or dropped inputs that weren’t just my own mistake. I just personally prefer red mechanical key switches, I don’t fault them for this, I’ve never used blue.

5.0 out of 5 stars back to the 80s!
I haven’t had a mechanical keyboard since I was a young ‘un and 386 processors were the fastest CPUs around. I’ve been using the cheap membrane electronic keyboards since they became the norm and included with every PC sold. The final version I’ve used is the ergonomic wireless keyboard, but once that started dying and losing connectivity, I wanted to try mechanical again. There’s just something about the tactile and clicky feedback with a solid downstroke for each key press. I’m having some trouble going back from ergonomic to a straight key layout, but like riding a bicycle it’s all coming back to me.

So far, this keyboard is very good, especially considering it’s low price. I toyed with the idea of going all in and getting the expensive ones, but I wanted to see how I liked going back to mechanical first. Well, this keyboard is pretty solid and I would be hard pressed to find a reason to upgrade. Besides being a very good keyboard, it also has the LED backlight and lighting on the keys themselves. And for my old man eyes, having the letters and number lit up is extremely useful. And each row has it’s own unique color, which helps locate the less used keys faster. It would have been nice to choose a single color across the entire keyboard if I wanted, but that’s not a big issue.

The construction feels pretty solid. The case is plastic, but it’s a satin texture that makes it feel more expensive. And it has a good bit of weight to it, probably twice the normal cheap keyboards. The cable appears to have a durable braided sheathing that should wear well and resist abrasion.

What was a nice added feature was the dedicated media controls and built-in shortcuts on the function keys. They do include icons on the function keys to tell you the shortcut, but unfortunately those aren’t lit up as well. Maybe include that in the next version of this keyboard. The knob (mine is black and not the shiny silver on the product page picture) controls both volume and selecting the backlight pattern and brightness, depending on which mode you’re in. I plan to only use the always on at highest brightness; I find all the flashing patterns to be distracting, but I see younger folks or gamers enjoying those.

My only issue is that some of the lettering on the keys aren’t fully cut out so the lighting makes some letters appear like others, such as ‘Home’ looking like ‘Hume’. Minor quibble, but that’s about all the negatives I could find.

5.0 out of 5 stars LED lights are awesome!
I love this keyboard! I like the clicky sound when you type, they click really loud and it’s very responsive. I like the different lighting options. I use this keyboard at work and I get many compliments from the customers that I have. You can change the patterns and the speed they move. Great keyboard for the price. I haven’t used the mouse as I didn’t really need it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Well made keyboard, skippable mouse, and slightly misleading lighting scheme
So, personally, this doesn’t matter too much to me but it’s definitely worth noting: This keyboard is /NOT/ RGB. The LED lights are fixed to a single color, with the 11 modes simply governing on-off states and breathing. The color arrangement in the product picture is the ONLY color arrangement possible.

As far as typing feel, it’s quite nice, tactile and not too loud or clunky, and I will say the typewriter keycaps are high quality ones from Etsy that look very nice with the metallic accents. The mouse is alright in a pinch, though I think not having the forward-back buttons on the thumb side is a huge downside even from similarly priced mice.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice aesthetics, typing works but not the best
If you are considering this mostly for the looks of it I’ll say it does present well. Typing on it for a few minutes here or there is fine too, but my wife just couldn’t get used to it after a couple months of using it. The keys need to be pressed pretty far to register, so if you aren’t used to that it can be fatiguing. The keys are pretty quiet though, and do work well enough. As a keyboard for a tablet or phone it works well though, and is nicer than typing on a touch-keyboard. It can remember 3 device pairings which is nice, though the instructions aren’t super clear on getting it set up. Here are the steps I found that worked well for me:

To pair: Hold down Fn + Q (BT1) or W (BT2) or E (BT3) for about 3 seconds to pair to the desired device “slot”

    Switching paired devices: Quick press (don’t hold) Fn + Q (BT1) or W (BT2) or E (BT3)

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice, responsive keyboard
If you’re used to low-profile keyboards, this will be a slight change for you. This keyboard is akin to the keyboards that came out with the original IBM PC’s decades ago (not that it’s a bad thing). Everything sits slightly higher – keys are taller, longer keystrokes. Tactile feel/response is great, there is a very precise, moderately sounding “click” when a key is pressed (very pleasant to my ears). Independently functioning multimedia keys is added bonus. The backlighting is visually appealing and interesting, but seems to me you either have to look at that or the display. Can’t appreciate both at the same time. Because the keyboard is slightly higher profile, I’d recommend pairing this with a good wrist rest. Performance has been fine thus far whether gaming or using for personal/business use. Construction seems good, I’ll have to see how the keys hold up to the wear and tear of gaming.
